What kind of text is this? How do you know?
Analyse the language! Is it informal/formal, boring/witty, easy/difficult, modern/old fashioned, etc? Find examples from the text to support your arguments!
Who is the possible recipient of the text? Is she succeeding in writing for that person/group? How do you know who might be the recipient (apart from the obvious - i.e. the title)? Give examples from the text to support your ideas!
